Response Times
We try to respond to every email within 1–2 business days. Bug reports get priority. If you don't hear back within a week, please send a follow-up — sometimes things slip through.

A quick check before you write can save us both time. Many questions about a result come down to an input that's slightly different from what you expected — for example, a rate entered annually instead of monthly, or a term in years instead of months. It often helps to re-run the calculation, note the exact numbers you typed, and jot down the figure you were expecting. When you include those details, we can usually reproduce what you're seeing on the first try and get back to you with a clear answer.
How We Use Your Feedback
Every suggestion is logged and reviewed. We can't build everything at once, but the requests we hear most often move to the top of the list, and confirmed calculation issues are fixed as fast as we can verify them. We never share your email address, and we won't add you to any mailing list — there isn't one. You'll only ever hear back from a real person replying to the message you sent.
